Account Verification (KYC):
Fencewin follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process to ensure security. The following documents may be required before making a withdrawal or for transactions above a certain amount:
- Scanned copy of National ID or Passport
- Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement)
- Proof of payment method ownership
Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. Please submit the required documents promptly.
3. Eligibility & Age Requirements
Fencewin is for adults only. Accounts cannot be created unless the following conditions are met:
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Online betting must be legally permitted in your country of residence
- Your country must not be on Fencewin's restricted countries list
- You must not be a Fencewin employee or a family member of one
All forms of gaming are strictly prohibited for minors. Providing a false age on your account will result in forfeiture of all winnings.
4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
Fencewin supports deposits and withdrawals for Bangladesh users via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
Deposit:
- Minimum deposit amount: ৳500
- Deposits are typically credited instantly or within a maximum of 15 minutes
- No additional charges for deposits
- Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used
Withdrawal:
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000
- Withdrawals on KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 5–30 minutes
- Daily maximum withdrawal limits apply
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn
- Fencewin reserves the right to place withdrawals on hold in the event of suspicious transactions

5. Betting Rules
The following rules apply when placing bets on Fencewin:
General Betting Rules:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed
- If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded

- Odds in live betting may change at any time
Odds & Results:
- Winnings will be calculated based on the published odds
- Bets will be settled after the official result is announced
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, Fencewin reserves the right to void the affected bets
- Fencewin's decision is final in the case of disputed results
Accumulator Bets:
If one selection in an accumulator or multiple bet is voided, the bet will be recalculated using the remaining selections. All selections must be correct to win.
6. Bonus & Promotion Terms
Fencewin offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer comes with its own terms that must be followed.
Welcome Bonus:
- The welcome bonus is available to new members only and can be claimed once per person
- Withdrawing bonus funds requires meeting specific wagering requirements (typically 10–30x)

General Bonus Terms:
- Minimum odds may apply to bets placed with a bonus
- An active promotion cannot be combined with any other promotion
- If bonus abuse is detected, Fencewin may cancel the bonus and close the account

7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Fencewin. Engaging in any of them may result in account termination and legal action:
- Match Fixing or Spot Fixing: Manipulating or being involved in fixing the outcome of any sporting event
- Betting Syndicates: Attempting to defraud the platform through coordinated schemes
- Bots & Automated Software: Placing bets using automated software or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system
- Money Laundering: Attempting to launder money through Fencewin
- Account hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account
- Bonus abuse: Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or false information
- Third-Party Payments: Using a payment method that is not registered in your own name
8. Account Closure & Suspension
Fencewin may suspend or terminate an account under the following circumstances:
- Upon evidence of a Terms & Conditions violation
- Registering with false information
- Failure to complete KYC verification
- Extended inactivity (12 months or more)
- By court order or other legal obligation
Users may close their account at any time by contacting the support team. Please withdraw any verified balance before closing your account.
A monthly maintenance fee may be charged on inactive accounts. Log in regularly or close your account to avoid this.

- Force majeure events — such as natural disasters, war, or government-imposed restrictions

11. Changes & Amendments to Terms
